With a master's degree in Structural Engineering, Anand has been in the detail engineering for the last 16 years. He has designed a wide range of structures from conception to the final execution including coordination with Clients/Architects and Other service consultants. During this period he has worked for National / International consulting on variety of projects for Heavy Industrial & Infrastructure sectors.

With a master’s degree on in Structural Engineering, James has been in the engineering industry for 21 years. He has worked on projects of every size for industrial and commercial clients; his meticulous attention to detail saw him rise rapidly from design engineer to associate at a leading engineering practice before resigning to co-found DELF Engineering. He is well versed with BS Codes, SABS codes, IRC codes & IS codes.

An engineer by training and preference, John has spent the past 25 years absorbed by the continual challenges his profession presents. His wide-ranging earlier experience provided the cornerstone for establishing DELF and building it into a sought-after partner in civil and structural engineering projects. His commitment to continued professional development is reflected in an extensive array of computer literacy skills and annual attendance at engineering courses that will keep him abreast of industry developments worldwide.

Has 45 years of far extensive experience in Design works of Bridges, Aqueducts, Syphons, Jetty/Birth, Dam, Canal System, Irrigation structures, Flyovers, Industrial structures etc., preparation and proof checking of detailed design, Drawings, Methodology, etc. Mr. Shah has been involved in design of major bridges & hydraulic structures as head of STUP Consultants’ Ahmedabad office.

Mr. J.V. Shah having 33 years’ experience in Design R & B Circle, Gandhinagar dealt with various Civil – Structural Engineering. He has been associated with design of Bridge Structures of World Bank Aided Project. He has designed various types of bridges - including Superstructures Post-tensioned & Reinforced Concrete box, girder, steel composite girder, & Reinforced Concrete T- beam & slab etc

Mr. Babubhai S Kadia has 38 years Extensive Services Experience in Road & Building Department as a post of Executive Engineer and Deputy Executive Engineer, in Planning, Estimating, Designing, Contract Management, Construction management, Road Safety and Traffic Management of National Highways, Bridges, Flyovers, ROBs, RUBs, and Buildings works. He is a Fellow member in Indian Road Congress. He is Chartered Engineer and Member of Institution of Engineers, India (MIE)
